26| This was hard to share but here goes...

The past year has been a bit rough on my body. I had gotten out of shape and there was a large amount of shame around that. I was deeply dissatisfied and highly motivated to turn things around. So I applied a 4-step process we use on our clients to get them into their best shape and did so with some weird funky counterintuitive things that spit in the face how most people go about losing weight.
