Leading up to 2023 I've been doing a lot of work on my mind.

What stops people from transforming their lives is not circumstances or resources but the 6 inches of space between their ears.

I could give 2 people the blueprint to create the body of their dreams:

Person A would run with it and create a fit body in a matter of 90 days.

Person B would tell me that I'm a scam artist.

It's never about the information but the implementation and that comes from having a belief in yourself.

This was a conversation I had with successful creator Dan Koe.

He's created a $700,000 a year business as a solopreneur and it all started with breaking up with his girl during COVID.

Chances are you already have belief in yourself.

In some areas of your life, you're successful. You do something most people cannot do.

All it takes is changing your beliefs about yourself and what you can create.

That's what this 5 minute Friday is about. It's all mindset in this one baby.

Let's make it happen.

4 Ways To Become a Better Human (Mindset Edition)

1. Write out every single negative belief you have about why you can't have what you want.

Think about what you want. Then go silent & see the thoughts that come up.

Write them out. Become aware of them. Ask yourself where you got these from.

You can't change belief without having an awareness of what's there.

Every single negative thought that comes as a result of doing this is the belief you must eradicate to become the best version of yourself.

2. Replace negative thinking

Any time you find yourself at the site of a negative thought replace it with a more powerful one.

What we repeat to ourselves becomes our identity.

Stop using self-deprecating humor when it comes to your body or success because your mind is always watching.

When a negative thought comes into your brain space replace it with a positive thought 10x over. Do this out loud if you have to. Who cares who's watching?

Never leave the site of a negative thought without replacing it with a more positive one.

3. You 2.0

You can't become an evolved version of yourself by carrying the old you around.

In order to become an evolved version of yourself what needs to go? Is it eating processed foods? Is it laziness?

Create a list for yourself.

Then create another list: What does You 2.0 do on a regular basis?

Is it meditation? Eating healthy foods? Hitting the gym? Hanging with different people?

List the top 5 you must to do expand your current state.

Those will be your habits.

4. See your future self now.

Imagine what it will be like a year into the future as your best self.

See everything in vivid detail from the way your body looks to feeling how it would feel like.

Do this every day for at least 5-10 minutes.

Everything that was created started with a thought. Your thoughts are particles of energy that create your reality.

Use them to your advantage.
