BOOK A STRATEGY CALL

ABOUT ME

I was a high school drop out and working at a 9-5 job I hated.

It's a night like any other nights...

Our family was chilling while the parents were taking a trip to Niagara Falls. Mom and I had a great connection with each other. Even though I flunked out of school she was my biggest fan. No one thought I’d amount to anything except her.

While sitting on the couch I hear the phone ring...

It’s Dad: ‘Your mom is in the hospital. She’s had a heart attack. We don’t know if she’s gonna make it. Come here now.’

My heart sank. We packed up what we could and headed down.

To give you some context:

I grew up in the small town of Markham, Ontario, I was headed nowhere fast.

I was listless, aimless, and had no purpose.

I knew I was meant for something bigger but what? The entire time my mom was by my side telling me that I could be whatever I wanted, as long as I put my mind to it. She was my biggest fan and support when things weren’t right.

After that calls we went through 6 months of visits to the hospital and we finally think moms going to recover. She gets put into the next level down from ICU and we visit her one more time before going home. Then we get another call,

Your mom has just contracted pneumonia. She’s been put back in the ICU and it doesn’t look good.

We sprint back to the hospital to learn the worst: Her brain didn’t get enough oxygen. She was gone. We lost our mother.

I had an existential crisis. I was working a dead end job, not going anywhere and I lost my mom.

Was this my destiny?

I had never been so lost and afraid.

It was at that time the gym became my refuge. It was my church. It was a time to get away from my depressive thoughts and into something positive. It became a place where I could fight with my demons and come out on top.

I like to say that the gym saved me and taught me a new perspective and way of thinking things. It cleansed me.

I realized that life is fragile. It can be taken away in a second.  Why not pursue something I love?

If I was going to do anything in this world it needed to be something I was passionate about and helped others at the same time.

So I left my 9-5 corporate job to become a personal trainer.

I spent 2 years working for a gym and became the top trainer there. I evolved to doing 1 on 1 at home training. I then started one of the most successful gyms in Toronto and grew it for 11 years.

During that time I had joined multiple masterminds and entrepreneurs became my community.

I always thought to myself,

If only entrepreneurs knew how much better their business and family lives would be if they took their health seriously.

So I decided to do something about it.

After 11 years of transforming thousands of lives inside of my gym, I sold it to dedicate my life to helping entrepreneurs transform their bodies.

I made the shift because of two realizations:

1. I loved working with entrepreneurs. They were my friends and my mentors. If there was one thing I hated it was seeing my friends neglect their health.

2. I know what the power of a transformation can bring to someone’s life.

I’ve seen entrepreneurs transform their bodies and the energy they create becomes a catalyst in doubling their income, becoming more productive, being more present with their kids, and being a better spouse.

When You Transform Your Body You Transform Your Life.  Health Is the #1 Metahabit That Makes All Things Better.

In helping entrepreneurs I found what I was put on this earth to do; I strive to coach someone in the right way to overcome their challenges and unveil their greatness. It’s the most worthy thing to put my mind to.

My mom unearthed that in me. Now I’m using my life to do that for others.
